Where can I get a EGR Modulator?

I think the EGR modulator on my 94 GS 300 is bad.

I haven't found any on ebay or rock auto.

Anyone know where I can get one? Are there any toyota parts that are compatible?

The 93-95 toyota supra non turbo should be the same, along with lexus sc300 93-95

I bought Toyota/Lexus EGR Modulator Transducer Valve 25870-74090 25870-62020 from ebay for $15, and it seems to be doing the trick.
