Got these on ebay, but the seller didn't show some of the damage to the parts. Disappointing. But no matter, because they are gone now anyway...

I sold the purple BOV to a friend since he was going to powder coat it to match his blue oval anyway.

Got me a nice machined finish Tial 50mm bov to replace it

Traded a buddy some labor at his high end stereo shop for an e-manage blue setup with every option for that unit.
Since, sold that for a V1 and then something else...

This mutt of a T-67 turbo from Goldfinger911 with an ITS cover.

A chunk of -8 rail from RMR for custom fab/install

Got this knockoff veilside intake - did a full thread on SF, though I think I took the photos down recently. Super sketchy, many different pot metals.
...Have since sold this as well...

Heres the top after using a long board, a DA and about $40 in paper to sand it semi smooth...

I like how you keep us wanting more even though your build is further along than what we read.

LOL ^

Alright, back from SEMA for a few weeks already but work has demanded my attn out of town.

Here come some more photos of my build after the SEMA photos

I updated Post#1 with my mod list to generate some more interest

A few photos from SEMA also - My favorite high dollar ride was the Ring Brothers Chevelle "Recoil" I only have up-close detailed photos.
I actually like the self-built cars that are outside as well.

Here's the fast and loud C-10. It looked better in person than I expected

The kindig it designs futureliner, also a million times better than expected. Phenomenal actually

The liberty walk 458 before it got smashed by the jeep - lol

So during the dismantling of the motor I realized that the previous owner from across the pond, had installed a FCD and SLD... every piece of plastic, connector and wire was crunchy.
Pulling the motor apart yielded the same results with piston rings falling out.
This is what had me collecting parts previously posted.

I was looking for someone who was familiar with the 2jz vs the machine shop that i've used for 20+ motors I had done in the past. Ron Ramirez aka jt2ma71 recommended his machinist, so figuring this was going to be a big build I would do it right.
We'll this guy was so busy he said "leave it with me and ill get to it when I have time between builds" I told him "no rush"
The guy is seemingly popular because he had my parts for over a year before I called and told him I was coming to pick them up.
Here are the results

Keep in mind, this is iteration #01 from WAY BACK IN 2007

So here's where I started getting excited mocking up the motor with no internals on the stand.
