Default code 25 plz help

New here

I have a 1993 lexus gs300 with code 25 the reason why my car engine light came on was bc i cleaned my engine at the car wash but at first when i finished the car wouldnt start after a couple cranks it started up fine. So i let it stay on while i dried it and then took off..maybe like five minutes later the car started stahlling on the gas pedal and when i pull over their is smokr comming out from my muffler so the next day took it to the mechanic he checked my plugs and they where drowned in water so he air pressured the spark plugs he said change the spark plugs and wires so ididnt have the cash to change them right their so i drove back home well after 2 minutes gone from the shop it died and i kept cranking and it wouldnt start no more(faulty wire or spark plugs)well i let the car sit for a day and changed them out and now it starts right up and doesnt turn off but it still not catching right when i step on gas??? Plz help and is their anyway i can put a video up where ya can see what i mean?

My manual is showing a trac code or sub throttle position sensor fault, which if you sprayed your engine down (YOU SHOULD NEVER DO THIS!) you just got water in all of your electronics, which when you turn your car on could've popped some capacitors in your ECU, or messed up your TPS

Never ever use water to spray your engine bay! Steam clean only! The plugs are a PITA to change but that's a necessity now.
