Default ISCV Valve (AKA IAC VALVE) No power

My ISCV is not opening at any time. I have tested for power as there is supposed to be 2 pins that have 12 volt switched DC available as soon as the key is turned. Currently there is no DC voltage on either pin. Doe anyone have an English language version of the wiring schematics for the JZS147 2JZGTE engine electrical diagrams? I really need to find out where this power is supposed to be coming from so I can solve this issue. Thanks to all and any that can assist.

Default Help!!!!

Does anyone have experience with this issue? This idle issue is killing me. The car will not idle when it is cold, when I activate the AC system it wont even kick the car up either. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Default Help please!!!!

Help!!! The power to the plug is there. I have 13.8 volts DC at both pins that power is required. I am not getting the ground signal from my ECU Pins 32, 33, 34, 35 from the 80 pin plug at the ECU. Could this be an ECU problem? I have a mines tuned ECU. I have never head an issue with. Anyone who has had this issue please help. I have replaced the IASC valve with brand new Denso piece, still no improvement. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The ecu drivers are probably toast!!! try another one.. do open your ECU & see if any capacitors are blown..
