Way too much Fuel!
Current situation:
Car will turn over but not start.
Timing belt is good.
Air is good.
Perfect spark ... good, blue spark.
BUT ... an incredible amount of fuel!
Has anyone experienced this?
What's the first thing to look at or test?
I hate to be on a blind hunting expedition,
I'd rather have an idea of what path to go down...
Thanks for any input!

either an injector stuck open or a bad ecu. i just had a bad ecu that did a similar thing. with key on and engine off the injectors were firing intermittently and shouldn't have been firing at all.

Where is the ecu?
Can either of you - (Nixspeed or williamb82 - or anyone else!) lead me to precisely WHERE the ECU is in my 1995 GS300? I am trying to remove and inspect it, so I can either replace it with a used or have the original rebuilt. Can't do either until I can locate it! There's a bunch of plastic-housing-covered stuff under the dash.

Its on the passenger floor under the carpet. You have to remove the door will and the plastic deal under the dash then pull back the carpet and then its under a black plastic cover if I remember right. May be silver metal piece. Its 3-4 10mm nuts to remove that.
