We need a little more info than that sir.... What about the history of the car and things you've tried. You can enter your VIN at Lexus and get some facts....

it has 250k, I got it from my sister-in-law and my daughter has driven the car since her last year in high school, she is now in her last year of college. I have change out the disbutor with used one a year ago. I have change out the wires before about two years ago. I have also change out the coil pack, it ran very good, until I clean the engine, and I have had problem with it every since, I don't want to tear this engine down. what do I need to do.

If you cleaned the engine compartment the distributor may have water in it. Remove the distributor cap to see if there is any water in there? If there is water in there use some compressed air and blow it out or leave the cap off to let it dry. Is there a check engine light on?
