Hey guys its time for me to pick out a set of wheels for my 94 GS and I have a few questions. I want to run the XXR 526 (Black with polished lip) in an 18" diameter with 8.5 or 9 inch width. First I need to know what offset I will need to run in the front to clear Supra calipers? Second what offset will I need to clear the rear coilovers. (I plan to run the Megan LP series coilvers) This will be my daily so I don't plan on slamming the car or tucking wheels just maybe get the wheels to sit pretty close to flush without running insane amounts of negative camber so I won't wear out a set of tires every 6 months. I am not sure if I want to run a staggered size setup because this will be my daily, so it would be awesome to be able to rotate the tires to extend tread life. Any information and/or pics would be great!! Thanks in advance!!

18x8.5 +25 fronts
18x10 +25 rears.

That's what I am talking about!! Looks good man!! Are you running lowering springs or coil overs and what kind? What size tires are those? Are you running Supra brakes? Can you post a few pics from the back?

Running Powered by Max coilovers, BF goodrich 275 rears with 245 fronts... And I don't have supra TT brakes yet, but I sized the wheels to be able to clear them! And I will take a few photos tomorrow

Thanks... Right now it might rub if i hit a really large bump but I can drive really aggressively at this stance without problems. Here's some more photos taken today.

i would recommend you to use a different wheel besides the XXR brand

i wanted to try a set for review to see if we should carry it

to say the least i didnt get that far

a buddy of mine got a set

within 2 months they cracked on him on the freeway

that was my experience with the wheels so far

now for the clearance of the calipers

that we use a X factor calculation

you should run a lower offset in the 20's

as for lowering the car i would say use springs if you dont care

if you want more bang for your buck

RS-R coilovers are killer systems megans are great also

i use the EZ setup for one of my cars

If you have any rubbing issue I bet rolling the fenders or a very slight pull would fix it. Thanks for all of the info and pics. Your setup is exactly what I had in mind for my GS!! BTW what wheels are those? I am currently waiting on a shipping quote for a set of XXR 526 so I am hoping to place the order for them this week. I will post pics once they are installed. Lol now I have have to some decent prices on 245/40-18 and 275/40-18 tires.

My fenders aren't cut at all, which would completely solve my problems and allow me to go lower. I am running XXR 521 wheels and I have been diving the car for 4-5 months and haven't experienced any problems yet. And I drive fast and hard on not the best quality roads.

The closest size I can find for the XXR 526 would be 18x9 +25 and 18x10.5 +20 will will that combination poke out more or have clearance issue with coilovers and/or suspension parts? Will I still be able to turn lock to lock without scrubbing?

I've run Xxr on a few cars and never had any problems. We have some serious potholes here in CO as well. They run a bit heavy but for the price I feel are great wheels. I race all my cars so I'm not easy on them.

I think the 10.5 rears will fit with a cut fender or rolled fenders... I don't know whether the 18x9 +25 will clear TT brakes but with that offset it might, could be close.. Maybe need a 5mm spacer?

You will most likely need to roll your fenders, but yes.
