I’ll being with the engine bay, from how the car arrive, and the work that I did

Here is the stock 2JZGE[

After we pull out the engine, this was the condition cry:

So then being tne preparatin to paint the engine a chasis and fire wall, we are goint to paint in to colors, so we cover some parts

After the preparation, time to paint with black color

NIce, then need to cover the parts that paint in black, because going to paint the rest of the engine bay, that part was difficult, because the wiring harness of the engine bay docent help

Then time to prime

Also will paint some cover and parts of the engine

Then will begin with the pint process, so far so good!

1.- Paint with silver color

2.- paint with red tint

3.- the last paint was the clear

let see how its look

Then time to work in the engine bay wiring, need some maintenance

Here you can see the condition before the manintenance

So after the maintenance

its very important to do all this job before the engine installation, so take your time to do it right

then time for the intercooler installation, we will install a 2.5" inlet and outlet piping, and the biggest core we can install without removing the ac system

time to paint the ac fan and piping to begin the Assembly of the bumper

then we will modify the chasis to install a supra MKIV engine support, because the lower screw its biger

So far so good!

Now to the best part the engine modification and installation

Here is the lexus and my supra MKIII

Here is the aristo 2JZGTE, the owner docent want the twin turbo because aren't reliable, so will be a single turbo

New parts arrive, a supra MKIV radiator and the header

Removing the twin turbos

Time to remove to lower timing cover and the hydraulic water pump

after some cleaning

then remove the upper and lower intake to processed to remove the engine harness

then work in the turbo, we change the rear hosing from 1.0 to .68, but the .68 housing is a T3 flange, so we need to install and adapter

The rear turbo hosing its smaller in the inside, so we need to perform some porting, we take care of everything before amenably

Install the header was very difficult, need to cut a little 2 screws and also 2 nuts :S , the good thing is the engine is out of the car :P

the head is covered with plastics, because send the valve cover to polish, also now hove a new fuel line to for better flow, manifold gsakets, out let oil adapter fiting and one with cup, buy the way, donrt forgbet to change the valve cover ventilaion hose, and the pcv valve seal

time for cleaning, polish and port to the lower and upper manifold

not bad :P

Next step install valve covers, supra MKIV water pump and manifold

Time to install the wiring harnes after a good maintenance

Then install the coil and timing cover

And the 2 engines 2JZGTE vs 2JZGE

after that, time to cut the wiring for the wasgate valve controls for the twin turbos, we dont need it

Then I change the output flange of the lexus gs300, to install in the aristo trans no need to bu other driveshast

Time to install the engine, remember to have already the heater hose installed in the engine, also connect the fuel line to the fuel real

This part so difficult, because need to do it with extremely careful , to ovoid scratch the paint

need to exten the engine harness for 24", because we try to install without modify it, but iwas s to short, so at the end, we don't have other solution

need more than 80 cables with 3 different sizes

Time to install the IC piping, here we are going to pass the piping under the radiator, let see what can we do

We need to cut a little in side of the bumper, to have some space to install the coupling and clamps

The main idea its to minimize the couplings uses, to ovoid air leaks

pic behind of the bumper

Then begin to build the piping

First from the intercooler to the manifold

Then from the turbo to the intercooler
