No mods needed, I mounted the lip right under the bumper and the side skirts over the stock ones...If ur on instagram, check out @147club.. There are a few of 1st gen with the same lip as me

You sound like me man. Its my ride, leave me be! You don't like it, keep walking! I did a JDM H22 swap in my accord I had and swapped for a black hood not to be a ricer carbon fiber but as a nod to spoon sports and their engine swaps.
