Default Replaced my 2jzge and now it won't start

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me out here.

I recently bought a 1994 GS 300 with a blown motor. Had no CEL's with the blown motor.
Car ran fine before the motor blew (I know this because the car use to belong to my friend) . Car has ~200,000 miles

Swapped in a fresh motor from an importer with 190 psi all around.
Put everything from the blown motor on the replacement motor (Intake manifold, wiring harness, all sensors, and accessories).
Additionally, replaced Spark Plugs, Plug Wires, Timing Belt, Cap & Rotor.
Timing belt is dead on. Distributor timing is set to 10 degrees.

Now the car cranks and will fire up randomly (enough to set the ignition timing). When it turned over it would hesitate and idle erratically. Now it just cranks and doesn't turn over.

Pulled the plugs and they are black and smell like fuel. Pulled ECU codes and have one for the TPS and ECT. Replaced the ECT sensor on the head but not the one in the radiator. Still getting the ECT code.

What I'm confused about is that the ECT Sensor and TPS are from the original motor and they were fine before the swap. Now I'm getting the codes.

I'm going to try and swap out and adjust TPS tomorrow morning just to see if it makes a difference.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? I feel like maybe I missed a ground or something simple. I counted 5 ground, 2 on the intake manifold, 1 from the tranny to the chassis, 1 from the negative cable to the a/c compressor, and one from the firewall to the head. I'm just really confused and beginning to hit a dead end. I know these 2 sensors will not prevent the car from firing.

Thanks for looking,
Tony
