I have a 96 Lexus gs300, for a while it's been making weird noise when i turn the wheel left or right like it's struggling to turn, basically a Clinking or Tinkering noise. I have a feeling it has to do something with the suspension but I am not sure. My dad's been trying to figure it out also but no Luck. I was wondering if there is anybody around the San Jose Area that would be able to check it out for free if that's okay. Thanks!

Is the noise coming from the front or rear of the car? Is it while driving or just turning the wheel left or right?

The noise is coming from the front passenger side and both turning the wheel while sitting and/or driving. Sometimes it doesn't make noise and sometimes it comes back
