Default Replaced radiator and now ABS light is on.

Hey guys,

Does anyone know where the abs sensor is located?

I had my radiator replaced today and I bet some coolant may have got the abs sensor wet somewhere down in the engine bay. (I googled radator along with abs sensor and found some other car owners having the same problem as me)

After the radiator was installed, there was no abs light. It came on about 5 min after...

Thanks guys

Bryan

Interesting, that is a weird problem to have. The ABS sensors are located on the hub of the wheel. Mine actually became separated, and I had to replace mine. They plug in closer to the fenders. Let me know if you figure that out. It is interesting, they seem to me to be unrelated, but I am interested to see the outcome.

All is fine now, the light went away after a few hours. I have a feeling it was due to the fact that the car was at an angle while it was jacked up. Thanks for your input.

Good deal, I am glad to hear that! Mine did something similar. You might want to check the wires for the abs sensors. Mine were getting rubbed on something and eventually the light just stayed on. I highly doubt the jack had much to do with it. Figured i'd just let you know, and maybe you can prevent buying an ABS sensor.
