Default How do you remove rear door panel?

I removed the bottom 2 screws. Removed the screw near the door latch. Removed the screw under the courtesy light. Popped out the clips. Now I'm ready to break everything else
My searches mentioned there's one under the window button?
Does that wood grain ashtray/window button pull up and off? I tried and it won't come off and it's ready to break. Am I missing something here?

I want to change my rear speakers.

Update: got the panel loosened and ready to take off. However the top trim piece is being difficult to take off. Broke 2 of the white clips already trying to do so. Seems like when I pull them out they just pop back in when I try to remove the other ones.
Such a pain doing this.

The ashtray / window button piece pops off and the door handle trim pops off as well to get to the screws behind them.

Pop off the wood grain, remove the door handle trim.

dont pull the door panel back. Pull up then back. It sits in.

Ok thanks for the advice. I'm assuming the upper and lower panel are 2 seperate pieces?
Can I remove the upper panel first then remove the lower one next? Or do I have to pull the lower one out first?

Ok one piece. Thanks for everyone's help. Hopefully it helps somebody else who needs to remove the rear panels. I found a lot of info on removing the front panels but there wasn't much clear info on removing the rear panels.
