I find what I'm looking for on the forum and usually don't respond or post but I have to give you your props. Your technical skills are phenomenal. I wish I could just bring you my 94GS and let you do your thing. I want to ask you guys if I put headers on mine would I be able to pass emissions (GA )? Hell its failing now but I know somebody that knows somebody for that . Would it fail and what's the CAT setup after the headers? Thanks in advance.
You would have to run a cat. If they require a carb cert sticker for the header, like California does, you will fail. If you don't need the carb cert and run a cat, you should be fine, but the stock mid pipe wont bolt up to the supra header. Couple inches of space between them.
Since I don't know how to weld I would need to tow it to an exhaust shop to get that done. Or is there a mid pipe I can buy that would fit it? Would you be willing to make a replica of yours and send it to me? Also I wanted to know would I be able to find your subwoofer box somewhere, if not what are the measurements? Can you post a full view pic of it when you get a minute. Much appreciated.

Glad to see another enthusiast restoring a 1st generation GS. I have a 1994 that I am in the process of restoring and modifying. I have completed the motor and transmission swap to a JDM 2JZ-GTE, now I am going after the suspension and brakes. My question to you is if you have the parts list with part numbers and a source where you purchased all of your replacement poly bushings. I am looking to perform the replacement, but currently do not have the time to do all the research necessary to find all the required parts. I was hoping you remembered or wrote down your list...I dont need to reinvent the wheel. Your help is greatly appreciated, again nice work.
They offer it as a full kit and you can remove what you don't need. I have not done any of the upper control arms, the subframe, or rear diff yet.
Geechy, as for my box, it is custom, cannot be bought anywhere. I will try to measure it later. I would like to remake it wider and about 2 inches les from front to back. I made it the way I did because I already had this wood. Starting with a new sheet of MDF the dimensions would be slightly different. The air space is perfect for the sub that is in it. No one can believe it is just one 12in sub back there in the stock location.
Also, I may be building a 2.5in midpipe to replace this 2.25in pipe. The welds on this 2.25in pipe are ugly as hell but it works. If I make the 2.5in pipe I will sell you this one cheap if you want it.
The pic is already there. Here it is again with the screws/bolts circled. I used stock holes. Marked the box, drilled it, and used these nuts for the inside of the box that have spikes so they dug into the wood so don't spin. Had to increase the size of the holes in the wood enough for them to fit as they have a "sleeve" that fits in the hole with the spikes seat. I think they were 1/4-20 thread.
