you can get EBC pads from Autozone (special order) and get a decent set of rotors (not the cheap $20 ones). Endlinks and ball joints I would pick up from Napa as they carry MOOG and that is a reputable company.
As far as radiator try giving a local radiator supplier a call and you can usually get there number from a local body shop as it would be cheaper than an Auto parts store.
Hope that helps some

i try not to order too many parts on ebay anymore cause of all the replica junk and poor quality parts. You can still get great deals but when the whole apexi pen turbo timer replicas were exposed I pretty much stopped buying then

My personal preferences below. Might not make sense to invest in oem parts if not worth the return, but up to you.
spark plugs - aftermarket
wires - oem/aftermarket
fuel filter - oem
distributor cap - oem
rotor button - oem
rear ps window regulator - oem, new if possible. used ones are risky unless you can inspect all the plastic parts properly
rear pads - oem or aftermarket ceramic
rear rotors - premium aftermarket: centric, brembo blanks, etc.
front lower ball joints - oem
sway bar links - oem or aftermarket
radiator - koyo oem replacement
Checkout some of the vendors here as they have pretty decent prices.

I have been using a site called "Parts Geek.com" they have a selection of OEM and after market parts for our cars. They even tell you which part is the oem part. Sometimes oem is cheaper then the after market. I have got a lot of oem parts from them w/ no complaints. "Denso starter, Denso Radiator, Denso Cap, Denso Plugs/wires..etc So check them out....Auto zone doesn't have crap in my book, and never seem to know what your talking about, quick to give you the wrong part, and overcharge.
