So I have my true RHD 94 Aristo and when I got it i was told it has a manual transmission radiator. The guy said the auto radiators has coolant lines that go to the tranny but since he installed an manual transmission radiator, it didnt have those lines. None the less, I have a slow leak coming from around my thermostat housing and was wondering if i can get some info regarding if this is true about the difference in the radiators and if anyone else has ran into this issue..

In general if you have a manuel transmission car, you should be able to use either radiator. The automatic radiator has nipples for the coolant lines to slide onto. They lead to a seperate chamber for the transmisson fluid to get cooled off. If used in a manuel car u just wouldnt use them, coolant wouldnt leak out or anything. Hope this helps a little...

if you have an automatic transmission in your car, you can use either a auto or 5 speed radiator as stated above.

if it's still an automatic transmission in your car, then you need to either use A) an automatice radiator, or B) use a 5 speed rad, and run a seperate cooler for hte transmission lines
