Talking 94 GS300: Introduction/Progress pictures

Hey everyone well I've been on here for some time but really havent posted. Im out in the Houston TX area. I traded in my 300zx for this and it was in really bad shape. Right now I am in the process of re-doing my interior black. Here are some pictures. Just wanted to see what you guys think about it so far.

This is how it was when I first got it:

I immediately started pulling the seats out as you can see:

I cleaned up the carpet and dyed it all black:

Next I started to rewrap the panel that goes where the front seat belts are:

Next, I rewrapped the center console armrest. I later purchased leather seats and it came with this piece as well. So I will strip this off and redo in the other leather.

Then I stripped off the door panels and redid them in black:

Next I started to strip off the old, worn out tint:

Great job so far!! With the money you saved from doing the works yourself, you can use it to get a nice set of wheels and suspension to give your car an extra appealing. Much props to you !

Fantastic wrapping job! You really did a great job with the meticulous cutting of your leather.

Glad you decided to post, you really seem to have the correct gene of doing things right the first time unlike some people (I'm included in the "some people" category)

I greatly look forward to more progress and more pics!

All the care and time you are taking is paying off. It looks way better already. Keep up the great work. I never thought about dyeing the carpet. Nice work!

Thank you guys!

The seats are from ebay. I forgot how much i paid. like 5bills or somethin.

The door panels are painted with SEM black paint.

The brown part on top is going to be brown.

The carpet dye was the RIT Dye.

Scale 1-10 the overall project is like a 7 with 10 being the hardest. Will require some skills.

It is really time consuming. I have a busy schedule so it is taking some time now to complete lol
