Toyota venza wheels on the gs300

What's going on CL I was wondering if the Toyota venza wheels will sit flush with the 1st gs300 I did some research our lug pattern I believe is 5x14.3 the wheels for the venza are 5x14.5 unfortunately I don't know what that 2/10s difference means if someone can help me out with some knowledge it would be appreciated

Not gonna fit. That 5 lug pattern is for suvs.
