Default Looking for pics of RCA's installed.

With the creation of kidzik's suspension component thread. I am wanting to get a better (visual) idea of what the Roll Center Adjusters/Adapters are, what they do, and where they go. I was specifically looking at the Nightpager kit, but are there others out there?

Also, is there a difference between a RCAdjuster and a RCAdapter?

NAGISA RCA's from MoreJapan $450

In japan there are many companies that make these for cheap. Night pager is an example since in J-Land you can get a new set for about $130 from some 'area shop'. In the US there are zero comapnies that make this parts being that there is ZERO demand. I should fix that...

I had a link with the Ridox Supra being fitted with some goodies and it includes LOTS of detail about the suspension. You can see the RCA's and every adjustable front suspension part on the car. The 2nd pic about the shortening of the spindle is actually from the Ridox car. I'll find it and post the link here.

Will the ones from Trendy Todd or Sage for the 2nd Gen GS work? They are made here in the states.

Thanks for the replies man, I think I got how they work now.

I'd defintely be interested in seeing more pics of the Ridox Supra if you can find them. I'm actually a Supra guy at heart, trying to build a good handling 4 door.

Is the Nightpager kit good, or should I look elsewhere.

for the price and what you get, the night pager is the best bang for the buck you can get in the US.

2 bolts vs 1 and also the top and bottom parts are a bit different... our suspension is more closely related to the crown and majestas of the same year (JZS143)... still researching more, will take some time to look at a 2nd Gen on sat

Gotcha. My wife has a 2gs vs my 1gs. The lower and upper strut mounts and arms are different. I have 2gs coils on my car and modded the upper mount with an adapter plate and welded on lower mounts. Its been 5 or 6 years since ive been under the car since it sits so much these days.

A bit of archeology but I guess it's better than new thread. Anyone know for sure if jzs161 gs2 rca will fit our cars?

Yes they are the same. I bought a set from Figs Engineering and the part number is the same for the 1GS and 2GS.
