Default OBD I vs OBD II 2jzge any differences?

Im gonna pick up a 96 2jzge with 68k miles but i have a 93 gs, so my wiring and motor is OBD I.

And to my knowledge OBD II starts on vehicles after 1995, so my question is there any differences between a 93-95 and a 96-97 2jzge?

I have done OBD II to OBD I ka24de swaps in a few 240sx and its a only a matter of changing the intake manifold and distributor other then that its the same block and head.

Any info would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

why not pick up a 2jzgte instead? only thing different would probably be the wiring.

Venus is out of stock and ronald is not sure when he will get some in. I need a motor for my gs, so a temp motor is going in.
