1994 Lexus GS300 keyless entry help
I have a 1994 GS300. I just bought it used and it came with the keyless entry key with the one button on it. The battery in the key was dead so I replaced it but it is not functional. I made sure that the remote button is turned on inside the car near the mirror adjustment button but still nothing.
Does it need to be reprogrammed somewhow and if so how?
I'm a newbie, any help is GREATLY appreciated, thanks!

pretty sure you can get it programmed at the dealer? I just bought a 94 gs300 also haha. the owner only had the valet key. the master and keyless entry key came out to 400 bucks. sigh.
