Default MOEJZ's - Build/Swap and how I got here :)

Hello guys,
Some of you who are regulars on Supraforums and Supramania should know me my screen name - Suprastanger507mgte

I decided to log my quick and basic build/swap thread here and share it with you all. Yes, it will have many pictures as I progress. Comments and suggestions and tips and tricks are always welcome.

This is not my first engine swap or build because I have done quite a few on Supras. I have a lot of experience with wiring and swapping JZ and 7m engines in Surpas etc and working on JZ engines as a hobby.
After owning and enjoying Supras since 1991  , I finally decided to jump ship and move onto something I’ve been wanting for a while, a 4 door performance car.
I wanted to stick with Toyotas and decided to get the 1st Gen GS300.
Why I chose this platform?
 It’s a nice sized car I can carry family in for short runs.
 It’s a Lexus!
 It’s a Toyota! 
 It’s got rear wheel drive.
 It comes with a lot of amenities already.
 It has good looks.
 The price for these is just right for a budget minded hobbyist like me
Here is a few of my past Supras I built to my liking. I like clean simple looks and clean cars and that is what I am aiming for with the GS300.
My 91 MkIII – Built 7mgte – upgraded turbo and tuned to 350rwh , nothing fancy .

Then my 92 MkIII – 1Zjswapped

I then built and swapped the 1JZ engine in this car to a 2JZGTE engine:

After I Sold the black 92, I went ahead and picked a Teal 1992 Supra from the original owner.
Did a 1.5JZ swap on it and then sold it recently after I got a good offer . Here are some pictures of it.

Now I am moving on to the GS300:
The car:

Harness - Extended 24 inches to make sure it mounts in stock location .
I was surprised to see that the wiring inside the harness was in excellent condition and did not have corrosion.
I used all new 18/16 gauge wires and extended all shielded wires with shielded ones.

This was done a few weeks ago :

Drilled and tapped the Manifold for the brake cylinder vacum.

Engine is removed wit the help of some frineds - Look at the somewhat dirty bay :

TIP :
If you have a working AC ,remove the AC compressor from the engine before removing it. This way you don't lose any R134

TRANNY COOLER :

Thanks for the compliments guys...I've a got more stuff done.

The aristo driveshaft came with my engine so I'm going to use it.
If you don't have the Aristo Driveshaft then you will need to remove the tailshaft from the Aristo tranny and replace it with the GS300 tailshaft so it can bolt up to the GS300 driveshaft.

Thanks. Yes the two rear wheels are from my Supra. It won't be part of the car once everything is completed which is why I labelled it as temporary. I wanted to see how stable the car felt with 285's in the back lol. Plus I may go with a minimum 18 inch wheel size.
