Is the Aristo radio harness the same as the GS300?

Is the Aristo radio harness the same as the GS300?
The radio i bought for my car has a ES300 connector but it's not the same (1994) so, i'm wondering if i buy a gs3 is it the same?

yeah i got the sla30 i bought it on yahoo japan for 150$ and i got the bezel form a friend in UK.
