clicking noise when turning the steering wheel?

Check the plastic Panel by your feet above the pedals. take out the screws and it will just drop off if the black metal clip has come off of the column. Fix everything properly and the click should be gone.
if you have trouble locating it, just turn your car on, get down, and turn the steering wheel and listen for the click.

what a u/rag joint but i reinstall the clip now i notice when i drive up to 40 i feel the steering wheel shake and i feel like the back wheel making noise what could it be? i had on 20 inch wheel before now i switch to 18

Who swapped the rims ? you or a shop ? did it just start making the noise after you switched wheels ?

i swapped the wheels it was my rims i had before the 20 and it start making noise a couple of days later on it makes hella noise when i go up to 40 when i hit 60 itz not really noisy

the clicking is gone when i went under the steering wheel and took of the black piece but now its the steering wheel shake as i hit 40 when i drive and the car shakes

The steering shaking is either an alignment or a wheel ballancing issue. If the 18's have taped on weights, they could have been knocked off when they were installed.

thanks twojay for the reply i found out what was the problem i had a bend rim .. so now im switching bak to my 20 i wanna know what would be a good setup for the wheels i have 245/35 up front and 255/35 on the rear the car is lower wit eibach
