Default My 2 tone leather install with double cushioning

First and foremost thank you guys for helping me with this install. You guys know who you are and I'm glad we all hung out as well.

My goal from day one was to restore this car and hopefully get it ready for show soon once parts start coming in.

Well, after 12+ hours of working on this project here are pics of my new 2 tone premium leather with double stitching from leatherseats.com. Double cushioning which was purchased from an upholstry store was also added to the driver and passenger seat.

Not every part matched oem as far as the placement of certain items where hog rings go. In one of the pictures below I show the leatherseats.com product not fully sewn to the leather and I had to have it stitched up.

Thanks again guys for your help and support.

It's the last pic I posted. See how the stitching didn't go all the way to the end? It went halfway and half of the piece is sticking up.

Thank you all for your input and comments.

was the extra time spent adding the padding? or did it just take that long to take the old off and put the new on?
