How to remove center console and radio?

How to remove center console and radio?
Can someone please tell me how remove the center console and also how to get in behind the stock radio? I read that some where that the ash try comes out but mine seems stuck! Please share the tricks here

It's just tight! Pull out the ashtray, then the vent panel(on top) Then remove 4 bolts (2 on top, 2 on bottom). The whole center piece will then pull out. Slide down the plastic shifter center and remove 2 screws, pull center console (piece around shifter) up.
