they have smoked clear protective vinyl you can buy, whole or precut. ebay has a ton. you can also check at your nearest vinyl shop they can always get it if they dont already have it
I have something similar on mine (purchased from the dealership that way) and they used a CF vinyl wrap. I like the way the inside of the headlights look blacked out.
