Not worth it here. With taxes (also due on residual in MD ) it comes to ~$42K to drive it around for three years with only ~10K miles/year allowance. Unless the resale is really weak, I'd probably be better of buying it at that $77K and selling it in three years.
Academic discussion though since I can't drop $77K on a car right now.

I'm also in MD and was working towards 10K off in a large dealer in VA. I ended up not taking it to wait for "RC-F type" rebates of 14-15K at the end of the year. Some of the dealers I spoke to in MD has not leased nor sold one since release.

Guys Lexus Of Sacramento (CA) has a NGP GSF and they have a lease at 800 a month, 4K down and 8K off cash incentive. I know the internet sales manager Kent ( really solid dude) and he is ready to move this one. Looks like the White over red one sold a few weeks ago. It was gone when I went up there today. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll let Kent know to look out for you.

There won't be a price drop. Just look for a continuation of incentives like the current $8K lease one, and dealer discounts to move the GSFs they take so they can get more inventory of high margin RXs, etc.

I think a well-maintained GSF coming off a 3-year lease in 3 years is going to be ideal for me. By then, I'll be ready for another solid sedan, with a great-sounding V8.

Not a bad idea. Also in theory Lexus will be three years into this model so it'll be nice "spread" to pick through. Unless of course three years from now price increases to $95k+. Seems every model year brings an increase in price.
