Those are production dates (September '13, September '13 - September '14,...).
Look for the sticker in the driver's door jamb to find out when your car was manufactured.

I was able to program a new smart key to my car in 30 seconds, also erase a key the previous owner still has. Only cost me $15 on eBay for the data cable(included copy of TIS Techstream V10.30.29)

Too many to list. Anything a dealer can do computer wise, you can do.
Much more powerful than any OBDII reader you get at autozone or Carista.
You can run all sorts of diagnostic tests on the car, change custom settings, program/delete keys, TPMS, airbags, reprogram the ecu, get live readouts of data form all the sensors...
It's very easy to use.
I mainly got it to program a new key. This was the first time I have ever used Techsteam.

Interesting.. can it program all windows/sunroof close when holding the lock button on the keyfob? The dealer would only program windows down with unlock. Where can you buy this?

I bought mine here:

Techstream is on the disk. You have to have a 32bit version of windows on your laptop. I installed this on my Macbook Air by installing windows XP 32bit on Mac using Parallels. I just torrented a copy of Parallels and a copy of Windows XP
Or if your less technically inclined you can change the custom settings using Carista.

I followed the ebay link, but I have 64-bit Win10, so I don't think that one will work for me. I saw a link on that same page to another product that was 32-bit and 64-bit. However, it says v12.10.019 vs v10.30.29 (claimed to be latest version) for this one. Is this legitimate software??
