Question Anyone having issues with wind noise from front windows?

I've had my car for a year now and one thing that bothers me the most is the wind noise from the front windows. Wind noise is actually louder than my tire noise.
Recently I have driven few 2016 models of lexus and they all were much quieter than my 2016 gs fsport.
LS was silent, IS was very quiet almost zero wind noise, RX was same as the other two.
One thing that I have noticed it that all of those cars had a different body piece on door between mirror and body of the car.
All of the quiet cars had a fin shaped mirror piece. I wonder it that is the reason for minimal wind noise in other models.

I have a 2015, I have wind noise at above 50mph coming from the driver's side window (b-pillar). I brought it up to the service advisor when I got the first 5k miles service. He test drove the car with me on the freeway. I couldn't believe he said it was normal! For a near 60k car I expected it to be much more quiet...

No issues. None. It's quiet. Really quiet. Like church mouse quiet. So quiet in fact, I can hear my passenger's active thoughts about how unbelievably quiet it is in this amazing Lexus.

You just have a lemon.

How can this be 50/50? Half of GSs are quiet and the other half have wind noise?

think this was discussed before in the forum somewhere about the wind noise. It is normal for the 13 models. The luxury version had a double glass window compared to the fsport having a single glass. I read this somewhere. i never confirmed if its true or not.

It's not true. My F Sport has the double pane glass.

Or, it can be that half the GS owners are deaf and the other half are not.

+1 on the double pane glass.

Hey Slam888, I also have the 2015 GS350 AWD in New Jersey. I have the exact same issue wind noise from driver's side window/door close to B-pillar. I went to Lexus Edsion, the service advisor said he could not hear anything. The windnoise of this car is worse than my 2013 Honda Accord!!!!

Hope you can find the solution for this annoying issue. Thanks!

My 18 does it. It doesn't happen all the time but it goes away when I fold the mirrors in. Haven't addressed it yet.

Mine is pretty quiet, but I do get a "low wind noise" of sorts coming from the drivers door gasket somewhere below the level of the window. Never bothered me enough to look into it though. Can only be heard above 50 and it's not very loud, to the point where likely only the driver can hear it.
