Has anyone printed, powder coated, plasti dip the oem wheels any other colors then black or oem color

Don't forget painted also. I had mine painted flat black so I'm sure you can do other colors also. It has held up perfectly over the past couple of years and made it through 2 northeast winters with no issues. They look just as good as the day they were painted. Just make sure to go to a reputable shop that specializes in wheels. The place I went to literally only works on wheels.
