Default Check AFS after going from Downs to Super Downs

When I had the RSR Down springs on the GS the headlights aimed lower... raised them up from the headlight as much as I could and it was OK. Now I've upgraded to Bi-LED headlights and gone lower to RS R Super downs my headlights are pointing UP instead of down and readjusting them does absolutely nothing. Also.. if I start the car in the daytime with the headlights off I get the flashing "Check AFS" if I turn the headlights on and wait until the headlights adjust up, down, left & right its fine. Has anyone successfully tackled this problem? I've tried searching and have found no final solutions. Is there a way to "re-zero" the headlight height computer?

Make sure the arm for both of the height sensors are installed in the correct orientation. You might have to also adjust the length. But first make sure they are installed correct.

I had the springs installed at the dealer, how do I know if they are installed correctly? What exactly am I look at/for? Do you have a photo example?
