Default Install H&R Spacers, Any recommended installers in the DC area?

So I want to have H&R DRS Spacers installed. I have to replace the studs.

Anybody in the DC/NOVA area had this done?
What shop would you recommend and whats the average cost for this kind of job?

I need all 4 wheels done.

What size spacers are you looking to put on? Can't you run spacers on stock studs up to a certain length?

I want to get my stock 18" as flush to the fender as possible with no rub.

It looks like I have to run 20MM in the rear and 15mm up front. I know Ichiba has bolt on spacers but I prefer the H&R DRS for safety and reliability.

I have the H&R's 15/20mm and it's perfect. Zero complains.

What size wheels/tires are you running?
Do you have a current picture?

This gives me more confidence buying the correct spacers. Thanks.
