Trunk unlocks but doesn't pop open.
When I unlock my truck it doesn't pop open I have to lift it. Is this the same with everyone else's GS?
I have a 2013 GS 450h.
I plan on adding the factory spoiler, does anyone have a part number for the upgraded trunk torsion bar?

I don't believe the option for the auto trunk was available in 2013. Sounds like the OP's trunk is operating as designed.

When you push the trunk button it unlatches the trunk lid, but does not raise the trunk lid.
I like the fact that the trunk lid does not automatically open. There might be times when there is loose lightweight clothing, paperwork, etc. in the trunk that could blow away if the wind is gusty or blowing hard, which is very common where I live in the Dallas area. Personally, I would be a lot more concerned that a strong wind didn't catch the unlatched trunk lid and blow it open before I was ready.

I have a manual trunk. When I click the trunk open button on my fob, it unlatches, but doesn't open up like any other car on the road. I have to physically lift it up. If I park on a hill the trunk lid wants to close shut, doesn't stay up.
Is there any way to adjust the trunk torsion bars?
or is there a torsion bar upgrade I have to do if I add the factory spoiler?
