Is there a way to have daytime running lights with headlights set to OFF?

Car is a 2016 GS350 F Sport.

Is there a way to have daytime running lights with headlights set to OFF ( 0 ) on the head light switch? I have to set the headlights to AUTO to get daytime running lights.

The DRLs will be on when the switch is set to Auto or set to 'parking/running' lights.
