Believe it or not, a little Toyota Corolla has a whole lot more rear seat leg room compared to the Lexus GS 350...
Lol! Interesting take on the Corolla's legroom. I def agree with your statement on the retraction. Mine is only set to do partial.

I had the opportunity to be a passenger in the rear seat of a 2016 Toyota Corolla S Premium and I could not believe how much more leg room there was compared to the GS 350. Really!

I thought so too, but it's true. It has much more leg room. Drop by a Toyota dealer and sit in the back seat of one - you'll be amazed.

The driver and front seat passenger were both a little over 6'. They were comfortable in front and were not asked to move forward. Back seat had plenty of leg room...

Toyota does do a good job on interior packaging. Not to mention, FWD cars are able to package the interiors more efficiently than RWD/AWD cars.

I agree that the rear legroom on the GS350 is inadequate (the huge lump in the middle is an inconvenience!) Front driver and passenger seats are awesome though!

Agreed! FWD vs RWD and some design choices.
