2014 gs 350 with 21" wheels
Hey guys thanks to some of the threads regarding the Tanabe NF170's..I got them installed and I love them...so next step is wheels.. I came across a really nice set of bronze niche essen wheels there basically brand new just needing tires and I'm trying to take the cheap way out here...the specs are as follows.
21x9 front 38 offset
21x10.5 rear 40 offset
5x114.3 lug pattern
I was planning on getting a set of 20" vossens but I can get these at a fraction of new wheels and they look nice...question is will the 21" and offsets work on my car. as some of you know the tanabe nf170's is not a aggressive drop..just don't want any rubbing and definitely don't want them if i have to use anything less then 35 or 30 tire height..any and all suggestions are welcomed please.

those width and offset will work fine.. slightly more aggressive on the rear but with the help of a bit of negative camber, you should be able to get them to tuck in.
if there was a 275/25/21 tire.. that would be the best sizing that would be closest to your original speedometer reading but if you want to run a 30 profile tire... the next best sizing that wouldn't throw off speedo readings would be 245/30/21 for the rear sizing...
to give you an idea.. i'm on 20x9 +20 with 235/35/20 and 20x10.5 +40 with 275/30/20 and i have my rear fenders shaved (roll works fine) and camber adjusted just so I can tuck while aired out.
