Default Are the struts leaking ?
Took my car for oil change so was looking around on the under carriage and found some dust on the struts. Are these leaking oil ?

They look fine. Just dust that would have been washed away by rain and spray off the tires if it wasn't up inside the upper strut tube.

I would agree with bclexus as well, if you feel worried still just wipe the dust away and check again after a drive see if it officially leaking. How many miles do you have?

Just wipe your finger over it and if it has any oily residue then it's leaking. If it's just a dry dirt film then you are OK.
