Whats your budget? You can go cheap and buy just springs, spend a little bit more (which I recommend) and get coilovers, or are you balling? Cause if you are get bags for sure.

Tanabe springs, $250 (installed myself...labor was free). Also depends on if you want to keep AVS functionality...The only coilover I've seen that can do that is the J5 coilover.

Hi Tacgle, great to hear your car is AWD. I am thinking to lower my car too, and you are probably the only one in the forum I see done it with AWD. My car is not F-Sport.
I am very new to this, so here are my silly questions:

1. If is possible to retrofit my non-F-Sport to F-sport spring and coilovers? I know this will not lower my car, but just wonder if it is possible.
2. I see you have NF120 with J5 coilovers. Is J5 also from Tanabe? I don't want to lose AVS either and this looks is the option.
3. Is it possible to replace our 2013 model with GS F's spring, coilovers and break kit, and still maintain AVS?

Thx

I do have the NF210 Tanabe springs but with the stock struts, not coilovers. I mentioned the J5's because I thought they were the only ones that allowed you to keep the AVS (which attaches to the top of the strut). J5's are from a different company. So the drop I have is strictly from changing the springs to Tanabe. I got mine from Meraki Autoworks (Josh) on this forum. Good luck with your decision.

All comes down to your budget as there are many avenues you can take when it comes to lowering your car. Lowering springs about $200-$300 with a modest drop, then there are coilovers $1000-$1900 with a lower drop and usually better for car. Last there is air-ride which is the most expensive can range from $2500-$4k these are all not including installation but the higher the price the installation price will be a little more if that makes sense.

Tcagle - who manufacturers J5?

bigblack06 - any reason coilovers change is better than lowering springs for the car?

Hey just curious, where did you find the RSR super downs for 200? I'm on their site and its 309 right now.

Thanks!
