looks it that panel is dented in and needs to be replaced. Also the bumper is scuffed? 3-4K?

Your looking at 2000-2500 at a decent body shop, looks like your door is damaged a lil also.

Have you tried a paintless dent removal provider?

That damage is way more than painless dent removal can fix. There's even paint damage. It looks like OP hit a pole.

Can't tell if the yellow is a reflection from something else, or if that is all yellow paint marked on his black car. If so, much more than the $1,500 I was thinking.

$2000-$4000 depending on who does the repair. That's major damage no matter who does the repair. Looks like damage to rear bumper, quarter panel, and rear door from the photo. Hope you have good insurance.

Looks like the OP may have hit a concrete filled pipe at a gas station. I'd say if repaired by a Lexus certified body shop the repair cost will be around $4,000.

I think around $2k-$3k if the damage is on the quarter panel and rear door from what I can see. It also depends on the quality of the body shop you take it to.

IMO $2,500 to $3,000 unless you know someone in the business. Hard to tell from the pic but the lower portion of the wheel arch seems to be damaged pretty bad and I think the rear door needs to be repaired, again hard to tell from the pic.. It looks like the OP brushed up against one of those parking bollards..
