My Discount Tire rotates and balances the tires on all my vehicles - including vehicles that have OE tires. I suspect they do this to gain customers...much like when they fix flat tires for anyone at no-charge.

I don't do tire rotations (waste of money). When tires are bald, just buy another set of used tires. (Got a set of 4 tires from the forum for $500 w/ only 2k miles driven on them)
OEM Oil Filter cartridge & gasket = $7
Cheapest 0W20 7 qts motor oil = $20 after rebate/special from O'Reilly/PepBoys/WalMart
Labor = $0
Done every 10k
