I bought the insert way back in March and was on the fence about the look. Now that all the talk about it has started again. I figured what the hell...

Yep - you can look at a few listings for '13 or '14 F-Sports for sale and you won't see an F-Sport trunk badge. That link you posted is a nicely modded non F-Sport with the original slat style grille but the f-sport front bumper. The rear is a giveaway since you can see the matte finished rear-valence which appears on non F-sports.

Also: the carbon fiber trunk emblem inserts from this thread always remind me of the OEM hybrid emblem:

So did 15's also have that and no f sport badge on back? (just curiosity at this point)

I'm edging towards debadging, and I do think I'm going for these inserts.
