Question Wheel torque specs for F Sport?

I'm in the middle of changing my squeaky OEM pads for some Centric PosiQuiet pads. I want to double check what the torque specs are for the wheels. Are they 76 lbs?
I couldn't break lose the lug nuts with my usual breaker pad so I had to bust out my Craftman electric impact gun and even that had a little bit of trouble getting the lug nuts off. Luckily none of the studs snapped off.

Thanks fellas. They sure didn't feel like they were at 76 ft/lbs. These pads were to easy to change. Hope I don't get any more squealing.

Well after a longer drive the squealing is back -_-
It's only coming from driver front caliper.
I didn't use any grease on the pads since no grease came with the pads. I'm going to go buy some tomorrow and grease them up. I was also left over with these clips:

I couldn't figure out where they went and the OEM pads didn't have a clip like that. Any ideas?

if u use oem pads it should come with a small tube of grease. if you use after market I don't know. the squealing is coming from the pads because u didn't use grease.

Dang it. I knew I should had gone to the store to get some grease. On a positive note, I do feel these Centric pads bite better than the OEM pads.

Pls report back after driving around for a week or so cas the general perception of ceramics is that they don't work good as the oems.

Changed my front brake pads about 5 weeks ago and I did not use any grease, replaced the pads with the same type (OEM ones).

Yes, 2015 GS350 F-Sport RWD. I don't think Lexus put grease on the shims / pads when they assembled the car so I figure might as well not use it. Just make sure you clean them well. Been driving the car for around 5 weeks now with no noise.

I went to Autozone and got some CRC brake and caliper grease and on a 20 minute drive I didn't wear nothing.
We'll see if I don't get any squealing tomorrow morning when they are cold.
