Default 2013 Wheel/Tire Size - Will they fit?

Hi All. This is my first post on the forum. Thanks in advance for the help. I have the opportunity to pick up a set of wheels/tires for a good price and I'm wondering if I will run into fitment issues. I have a 2013 AWD.

Wheel size = 20x10 w/ 40 offset
Tire size = 255/35/20

If they wont fit, can I add a spacer to make them fit? Any negatives with that?

Anyone know the answer? I need to move quick so I would really appreciate if anyone could provide some detail. I did a search but was unable to find anything. Thanks, Nick

I once tried a 19x10.5 +43 in the front... it didn't clear the front suspension arm that links the upper control arm to the hub assembly... 20x10 +40 is not that far off from 10.5 +43 so you may need a spacer to clear the arm

you can only use up to a 5mm spacer without having extended studs put in... anything in between 6mm-15mm will need extended studs and then at 15mm they have bolt on spacers so.... i'd start with a slip on 5mm spacer... if not.. you need to ask yourself if you really want to invest in extended studs just to run a 10mm spacer to clear the arm and not be too aggressive in terms of wheel to fender clearance... unless you don't mind the poke.. just run a 15mm...
