Default Anyone using wheel spacers for AWD GS Fsport?

Hello CL,

I've tried searching multiple times and can't really seem to get a clear answer.
I am wondering if anyone is running spacers with stock wheels and if so, what brand/size?
The wheel gap on AWD models are ridiculous!
I plan on lowering the car with RSR Down springs but want to install spacers at the same time.

Thank you for your help.

I'm running Ichibi V2 10mm up front & 15mm on the rears w/o any issues of rubbing on OEM springs. Sit's nice and flush with the fenders.

Hey 2jS160, do you mind posting a picture so I as well as other people with AWD can get an idea?

I used H&R 15mm spacers on 4 wheels with Tanabe lowered springs. Front is flush but rear is just a bit off. I would definitely use 20mm for rear if I could install it again!

BTW, the safest way to install spacers is only to swap all bolts...Few shop in town is willing to do it. I had no choice but let my dealership do it...3.5 hrs in total..a bit costly but gave me some piece of mind.

Hope this helps with your decision:

2013 F-Sport AWD with stock 19" F-Sport wheels with Ichiba spacers: 15mm Front, 20mm rear.

Actual spacers I ordered on Amazon:
Ichiba WS-5511460A Version II Wheel Spacer (5x114.3 15mm) Link: https://amzn.com/B007ZGCUUU
Ichiba WS-5511460B Version II Wheel Spacer (5x114.3 20mm) Link: https://amzn.com/B007ZGCVIG

Additional notes:
  • Lowered on RS*R Superdown SUS Springs
  • FIGS Rear Upper Links (#2) installed by dealer
  • Rear perfectly aligned, front aligned as close as possible with stock arms
  • Tire size: 235/40/19 all four tires
  • Wheels balanced perfectly, absolutely no vibration between 55-80mph
  • Zero fender pull or roll
  • Zero rubbing up front. Rubbing in back only on speed bumps or driveways (and approach is straight on instead of a slight angle) if I have more than one smaller adult passenger back there, otherwise zero rubbing
  • Installed since May 2015 (about year and a half) and still 100% satisfied
