Is there a speed limiter in the 2013 Lexus GS 350 F Sport???

In the UK 155 mph (249, we'll call it 250 Km/h) is quoted for GS450h. I can't imagine that the battery can contribute anything at top speed the engine is using all its power driving the wheels. Charging the battery to then drive the wheels won't make it any faster.

I've hit the limiter. Stops at an indicated 143mph. I used Sport S+ mode but did not disable traction control. It's unlikely that would bypass the limiter. You'd need an ECU tune or something along those lines to do so. That said, I don't think there's all that much oomph left at those speeds. Not sure it'd go that much faster. The wind/road noise at 143 is absolutely insane, downright scary, tbh.
