I need to lift my car up to get underneath, but I don't see a jacking point in the middle of the car for my jack. Do I have to remove the cover to expose everything in order to see it?

Your owners manual will have this information. One of the jack points for my 13' GS350 is the rear differential. Obviously I have used the rear jack point quite a bit (wheels, brakes. differential fluid). Can't remember where the front one is at but its in the owners manual.
