Does your 2016 G's console box make clicking noise?

My console box make annoying clicking noise when close, I just noticed thats. I don't know if I was tripping or it is how it was designed.

One small gear inside the console box slipped out , and the gears ain't biting. I don't know how to fix it. Have anyone experienced that?
