About to Buy L/C gs350 F..but
Hello club! short time lurker about to buy a new to me lexus, so hello!
Having tested many cars and finally landing on my heart's desire, it turns out what i want is harder to come by in the New England Region : a Black/Black/Flax+2013 GS350 F with less than 30k miles. One has shown up in my area in ~6 weeks, the others are 80-200 miles away.
THEN!
My local dealer now has a 2013 with everything i want ( spoiler, cold pack, etc etc), but it has almost 44k miles. it is certified my lexus for what that is worth. Price is ~$32k ( can get below 30 i bet).
I have the carfax - single owner, regularly serviced at my local dealer. at 32k had tires, breaks, rotors replaced. everything else is clear.
is that type of maintenance normal? is the price ok? should i try to wait for something with lower miles and closer than 70 miles?
Help!

..That if i can knock the price to ~28 and maybe get +1 year onto the warrenty i should stop my search....only 2 black f's in the entire NE region in ~6 weeks. Dont know if what is available is a 'good enough' vehicle to buy. Thoughts?

Be patient and think 3x about it. If you're not okay with it, don't do it. Worse thing you can do is settle and find yourself having buyer's remorse.
Good luck!

Good advice indeed - i have been mulling for some time about it. boils down to if the car is in good shape, despite the miles, and i ca shave a few grand off the price it is worth it to me. the option is to either settle or wait until dommesday.
now to make time to see it...

Sometimes it's gotta be a instant decision car was at auction block I bought it by just looking at the Carfax not the options turns out have everything i wanted including ML radio. Yeah had to change the front tires and the front brakes are squeaking which of minor things I was ready to fix.

I think its a great price for an Certified '13 GS. If you can get it down to under $31k and its in great shape, then its a steal especially with the F-Sport/Cold Wthr pkgs.

If you buy that under $30K you'd be doing beyond well.. I wouldn't be surprised if they decline that offer though (I can't see myself selling one w 44K CPO'd for that but one never knows).
$32K is the right money for the car. Black/Red, White/Red those will bring closer to $33K with those miles.
