I just did mine. I should have done a DIY. Best advice is to get long extensions and a uni-wiggle adapter to help remove the coils. The ones on the right side (drivers side)can be tricky. Overall its an easy job. I did have to remove several 10mm bolts that where holding the large wire harness that is directly over the coils on the right side to give me more room to work with.

If you want to follow the recommended service intervals for spark plugs, that's perfectly fine...but those OE spark plugs will still be performing just like new ones well past double the recommended service interval.

While the 'service interval' may be 60k miles on changing spark plugs, there is no harm in not changing them...unlike other service items like engine oil, filters and various fluids.

They look really good - plenty good enough for another 60k miles...

One big issue with not following the 60 k interval in addition to carbon, is the lack of changing them, will void the emission control warranty, which has a * by the spark plug interval and the footnote states that. So if there is a problem and they are not changed, you could be on the hook for any cost involved. Assuming I understand that correctly.
Sorry,, I was incorrect in the wording ..... there a #1 next to the sparks plug change at 60k ... #1 foot not says "Required under the terms of the emission control warranty" Have to look at this a little closer.

Agreed. I gapped them with my eye too and they "look" great. They'll easily go 200K, as will everyone else's.
Here's hoping he put them back in and saved himself $60. Waste not want not. /Sarcasm
A quick search of "60K FK20HBR11" will get net you SEVERAL threads of folks getting smacked down for suggesting 120K.
Even if you think the plugs "look" great at 60K. That's not how this works. Follow the 60K service interval, folks.
